His desk is behind the sale rep’s desk. Now, he already tracks her car when she’s out visiting customers to make sure she’s not going shopping instead or whatever, but he’s taking this to the next level.

He’s started taking notes on when she’s not at her desk. He wrote down what she’s looked at on her computer, because he can see it from his desk, to prove she looking at facebook and not working. She’s looking at facebook because she’s trying to find out information about advertising on it. He even wrote down that she went to the toilet just before it was time to go home. He left her a note saying that he wants to discuss this with her. 

Are we going to have to clock in and out whenever we’re not at our desk? Because his cigarette breaks are going to add up quickly. We already got a passive aggressive email about “some people” being late for work and pay going to be docked if this keeps up, but he’s never had that happen to him when he’s late because of traffic. He’s obviously too important to be included in things as trivial as this.
